Un loft sous les toits

This unique space, tucked beneath the roof of a listed building, was once an upholstery workshop and later used as storage for a printing company.

It is certainly the most striking before-and-after transformation. A true attic turned into a comfortable and cozy city loft.

Everything had to be redone: electrical work, plumbing, floors, and walls. One condition: keep these beams, witnesses to a beautiful history. We also created two new roof openings to let in natural light and installed a new kitchen and bathroom in vibrant tones using simple, high-quality materials. The result is authentic, and it feels truly wonderful to live there.
