Maisons de Famille aims to renovate properties with a conscious and sustainable approach, favoring quality, often local materials and working with trusted craftsmen to create timeless spaces.
The designed locations will be exclusive and unique places, subsequently available for rent or sale.
Turnkey investment
We look for unique, rare properties with low real estate value in order to transform them into atypical real estate gems. We handle the renovation from A to Z, interior design, and furnishing with our trusted partners until the handover of the keys. Then, the story belongs to you: buy it or rent it?
a family story
This project was born thanks to my dad, Didier Delgeniesse,
who has always inspired, accompanied, and supported me in my journey as an entrepreneur. We always told each other that one day we would create a project together, and then “Maisons de Famille” appeared as an obvious choice. Sicily is my mom’s land, which is also part of me. I discovered it with her and it has never left me, like a second home.
Through this project, I am committed to continuing their story, our family story.
